Terms of use
1. Who we are
MotorMe is operated by Qubin GmbH. MotorMe connects drivers and motorbike riders with independent workshops and detailers. The service contract for a repair, service or detailing job is made between you and the workshop.
2. Accounts
You must give correct details and keep your login private. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account).
3. Vehicles and due dates
Due dates and reminders help you plan. They do not replace the inspection authority, the workshop's check or your own responsibility for the roadworthiness of your vehicle.
4. AI previews and quote drafts
Previews of wraps, colours and rims are images made with AI to help you choose. They are not an offer. Quote drafts from photos are checked and sent by the workshop; only the workshop's quote is binding.
5. Workshops
Workshops are responsible for their services, prices, insurance and the legal requirements of their trade. Workshops that take payments on MotorMe agree to the payment terms shown in the app.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights or shows people who have not agreed to it. Do not try to misuse the service, for example by scraping or by creating fake accounts or reviews.
7. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the damage typical for this kind of contract.
8. Changes and contact
We may change these terms and tell you in the app before a change applies. Contact: privacy@qubin.de. German law applies, unless mandatory consumer rules of your country say otherwise.
